Jennifer Elsasser and Watershed Partners have worked together over several years on a variety of projects that demonstrate the breadth of her background and experience in project management.

She brings a unique and diverse perspective to her project management assignments because she has experience in the roles of designer, contractor, and owner on a number of different project types. On the design side, Ms. Elsasser has held project management positions with notable high end residential designers Naomi Leff & Associates and Bruce Bierman Design. She completed residential projects in California, Connecticut, Colorado and New York City. She also worked with Kramer Hutchison and with Janson Goldstein, providing project management on retail and hotel projects. Ms. Elsasser spent six years working as a project manager for general contractors in New York City. Projects completed during her role as project manager for general contractors include the DKNY flagship on Madison Avenue, showroom and office spaces for several luxury fashion clients, and boutiques for Alain Mikli and Ralph Lauren.

Ms. Elsasser has been involved in several projects completed for Watershed Partners. These include stores for Ralph Lauren, Flagship stores for Frette in both New York and Boston, Calvin Klein, and Diesel.

Most recently, she has served as Owner’s Representative on restaurant and lounge, residential, retail, and hotel projects. Ms. Elsasser combines a unique sensitivity to the wishes of the designer with a well-founded understanding of the practical realities of the jobsite to deliver the best possible project results for the client.

At Watershed Partners, Ms. Elsasser helps anchor the New York office, focusing on those projects in the city that require frequent job site presence and attention to detail. She is currently managing some restaurant and retail project teams. Ms. Elsasser is a BFA graduate of Pratt Institute.
