Jennifer Elsasser and Watershed Partners have partnered through a majority of her 25 years in the industry. Jennifer first worked with Watershed Partners when she was a project manager for a New York City based General Contractor.
As a native New Yorker, Jennifer attended Pratt Institute majoring in Interior Design and Art History. She brings a diverse perspective to representing clients as she has experiences in the roles of designer, contractor, and owner’s site representative for varied project types. Jennifer worked for Naomi Leff & Associates and Bruce Bierman Design a project design manager and specifier for large private residential projects. She worked for Kramer Hutchison and Janson Goldstein as a senior project manager for both luxury retail and hospitality projects.
Jennifer spent six years working as a project manager for general contractors in New York City. Projects completed include the DKNY flagship on Madison Avenue, showroom and office spaces for several luxury fashion clients, and boutiques for Alain Mikli and Ralph Lauren.
Jennifer’s retail projects with Watershed Partners include Apple Stores in NYC, Calvin Klein installations, as well as stores for Club Monaco, Ralph Lauren, Frette in New York and Boston, and Diesel. She recently managed some special projects within the build out of new offices for Chanel partnering with colleagues, and continues to manage some private residential projects.
Jennifer brings a unique support to the wishes of the design team with a seasoned understanding of the realities of the jobsite to deliver the best possible project results for our clients. At Watershed Partners, she helps anchor the New York office, focusing on those projects in the New York area that require frequent job site presence, support, and attention to detail.
