LEASE NEGOTIATIONS

  • Receive lease documents and provide commentary regarding design and construction issues.
  • Coordinate construction requirements with lease document.
  • Solicit comments from client and outside legal counsel, if required.
  • Negotiate lease and work letter to executable format.
