
Since his graduation in 1987 from Arizona State University’s School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction, William Oster has managed over Five Hundred Million Dollars worth of development projects including many award-winning and notable undertakings. Mr. Oster’s portfolio of completed projects includes historical restorations, public and private commercial developments, hospitality and retail projects ranging from minor remodels to 100,000+ sq. ft. chain stores and Flagship locations.
Prior to joining Watershed Partners, Inc. in 1999, Mr. Oster completed over 190 various projects as Senior Project Manager for a large, nationally recognized specialty general contractor. Past clients with whom Mr. Oster has completed projects include Chanel Fine Jewellery Boutiques, Chanel Fashion Boutiques, Polo Ralph Lauren, Inc., Chloe Boutiques, Calvin Klein, Truefitt & Hill, Ben Bridge Jewellers, Marriott, Brooks Brothers, Ian Schrager Hotels, Bruno Magli, DKNY, The Limited, Eddie Bauer, Urban Outfitters, Venator, Bombay Co., Williams Sonoma, Laura Ashley, Marmaxx, Linens N Things, Franklin Mint, April Cornell, Ann Taylor, Store of Knowledge, Garden Botanika, KMart, Talbots, Planet Hollywood, United Retail, Fredericks of Hollywood, Bristol Farms, Rampage Retailing and others. Mr. Oster’s experience includes projects in 35 states and over 150 different shopping centers including many flagship and prototype locations.
Mr. Oster’s experience in owner representation includes six years as a project manager for a leading firm in Phoenix, AZ. Projects completed as an owner representative include an 800 bed residence hall, an historic restoration of a performing arts theater and gallery, a multi-storied administrative complex, a 440,000 sq. ft. high school and district auditorium, elementary schools, a district-wide remodel program, as well as several municipal wastewater treatment systems. Past clients for whom Mr. Oster acted as owner representative include Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Public Schools, Scottsdale Public Schools, City of Apache Junction Arizona, Town of Quartzsite Arizona, and others.
