Charlie Page has been involved in construction since 1974, starting as a carpenter building condominiums in the high mountains of Colorado. He has worked on many different types of projects, from residential to multi-family to commercial and light industrial. Over his 30 plus years experience he has progressed from carpenter foreman to superintendent to project manager. For several years in the 1980’s Mr. Page owned his own construction firm building custom homes on the Western Slope of Colorado. In 1988 he moved to Denver to pursue his desire to specialize in retail construction. Since then, he has managed over a hundred retail projects throughout the United States.

Past clients include retailers Crate & Barrel, Old Navy, Cutter & Buck, Thomas Pink, J. Crew, Estee Lauder, Design Within Reach, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren.  One of his favorite projects was as the GC Project Manager for the Ralph Lauren flagship store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Client communications and delivering organized store openings are two of Mr. Page’s specialties. Mr. Page prides himself on the ability to take projects from conception through design development to construction and store opening.

Since moving to the mid-Atlantic region, Mr. Page has concentrated on projects from Massachusetts to Texas.  His contacts in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. offer benefits to the clients building in that dynamic region. Mr. Page has a strong knowledge of the construction codes from many different states. He has qualified for contractors licenses in the states of Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina.
