Mark Williamson joined Watershed Partners in 2007 following the successful completion of the Ralph Lauren store in Palm Desert, California, on which he was the general contractor’s project manager/superintendent. Mr. Williamson started his construction career in the trades (carpentry, mechanical and electrical), and that background is still evident in his hands-on approach to every project. Most recently, he worked for Orr Builders as the superintendent on residential and commercial projects in the Coachella Valley of California. His twenty-three years of experience include projects as diverse as the forty-two story IDX Tower in Seattle and a water filtration-treatment plant at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. He has supervised everything from estimating to final completion on residential, hospitality, retail, casino and industrial projects. Mr. Williamson combines a detailed understanding of the design and construction process with an ability to motivate and communicate effectively with all members of the project team.
Since joining Watershed Partners, Mr. Williamson has worked throughout the United States on projects for Frette, Club Monaco, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and CHANEL.
Mr. Williamson has studied business management and maintains a Journeyman Electrician License.
