Adriana Bloom

As Adriana was completing her Bachelors in Fine Arts at NYU, she unknowingly started her career in construction when she worked for a general contractor on the expansion of the Bronxville Public School in Westchester. Despite not possessing any background in Architecture or Engineering, she was fascinated by how a project operated from start to finish and was quick to learn the process. From there she had the opportunity to further her experience as a project manager while working for Brack Capital Real Estate, an international real estate and investment group that purchased, developed and managed multi projects in NYC both residential and commercial.

In 2009 she enrolled at NYU to obtain her Masters of Science in Construction Management and Real Estate. She was immediately hired by Apple upon completion of her degree and was assigned to work on the build-out and renovation of Apple’s high-profile stores throughout the country. She collaborated in managing the communication between all stakeholders involved during the design, pre-con, construction and preservation phase of the retail space for new stores and relocations. Due to her level of experience and communication skills at integrating with the Client, Consultants, Building Management and Tenants she was specifically selected to be part of the project management team heading the 600,000sf office build-out of Port Authority’s Headquarters in 4 World Trade Center. She was instrumental in the planning and integration of processes to deliver key project milestones while applying the government agency’s protocols and expectations.

During her interim at CBRE, Adriana went to work on multiple projects such as the capital improvements 2 Grand Central Tower and built on her ability to achieve her client’s goals, work efficiently under a demanding schedule and develop effective communication skills to manage all key players involved.
