Basia joined Watershed Partners in 2022 after working for 8 years in both Seattle and Minnesota as a General Contractor managing construction projects and creating operational systems. During that time, she completed projects within both the retail and nonprofit sectors. Prior to construction, Basia worked in retail & hospitality management, so she brings a genuine commitment to the client with every project.

As a Project Manager at Watershed, Basia has opened numerous David Yurman stores around the country nurturing relationships with landlords, inspectors, contractors, and owner vendors. She believes that a successful project requires communication, transparency, collaboration, and grit and knows that there is always a solution to any issue that may arise.

She attended Hunter College in New York City and graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a BA in Urban Planning and Sociology.
