Ben Ipekjian consistently achieves maximum quality and value representing owners across multiple real estate classes: adaptive reuse, creative office, luxury retail, hospitality, commercial, educational, studio production, historic restoration and high-end residential.

Ben started his career on the general contracting side of the business but eventually joined Watershed Partners to work on Apple, Inc.'s national roll out of a security retrofit program in 2010, and subsequently assisted in front of house and back of house renovations. He was project lead on the development of new Apple stores in Orlando, Austin, and Toronto. Ben went on to work with brands such as Club Monaco, Burberry, CHANEL, Tourneau and Rolex, and led project teams for new stores in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Houston, Las Vegas and Costa Mesa.

In the Los Angeles market, Ben's completed a number of notable commercial, adaptive reuse and hospitality projects in emerging and established neighborhoods from Playa Vista to the Arts District to Silver Lake, and has worked on one-of-a-kind residential projects in Pasadena and Hollywood.
