Beth Shogren

Beth Shogren has more than 30 years of experience in project management, and held leadership and development roles on projects that bridge public and private sectors. Ms. Shogren enjoys working on complex projects with many stakeholders, and provides collaborative leadership to deliver dynamic projects and initiatives to achieve client objectives and improve the community.

After graduating from Amherst College and a brief foray into the architectural field, Ms. Shogren joined Watershed Partners and began to provide turnkey real estate and project management services for a variety ofUS and international clients in high end retail, hospitality, industrial, commercial and residential sectors. Ms. Shogren found a passion for identifying client goals, and working to achieve them.

Ms Shogren spent 10 years between 2009 and 2019 working on complex public private partnership projects in Minneapolis. In that work she coordinated with private sector, philanthropic and municipal leaders to create public private partnerships that transform cities. Her leadership on significant Minneapolis development projects for like The Commons Park, Restoration of Peavey Plaza, creation of the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District and several essential affordable housing projects have transformed her community for the better.

Back at Watershed, Beth is excited to bring her considerable expertise to bear on all types of projects, working to create value and client satisfaction. Deeply committed to her community and the issues of social justice and aging, Ms Shogren is an active volunteer with a number of organizations, and serves on the boards of The Surdna Foundation, the Helen Andrus Benedict Foundation, and is Chair of the Board of Directors of Andrus on Hudson, a skilled nursing facility in NY.
