Chelsea has been with Watershed Partners since 2011.  Her list of clients includes CHANEL Boutiques and F&B, David Yurman, Embassy Suites, LL Bean, as well as multiple nonprofit organizations.

Her project locations range from New York City and Beverly Hills to Minneapolis and Denver. She enjoys the challenges that come from each unique location. She has experience in the full lifecycle of a project, from concept to occupation. Chelsea is well-practiced in contract negotiations, forecasting and risk management.
