Cherry has a background in business from California State University, Northridge and 9 years of project management experience across retail, media, gaming, technology, and financial institutions. Cherry exemplifies leadership in project management.

Starting her career in her family's manufacturing business, Cherry quickly realized her aspirations lay beyond the familiar. Her passion for innovation and growth led her to commercial real estate, where she began shaping her future with Cresa as a Project Coordinator assisting team with budgets, schedules, bids, invoices and close-outs.

She continued her career at Cushman & Wakefield as a Project Manager, leading transformative projects, including small to large-scale renovations, landlord build-outs and complex constructions. Her projects ranging from 12,000 SF to supporting 350,000 SF constructions—are a testament to her ability to handle complexity with finesse.

Since her start at Watershed Partners in 2023, Cherry has taken on projects that are not only large in scope but intricate and demanding. She has been pivotal in launching high-end retail environments like the David Yurman stores in prestigious locations such as Easton, Palo Alto, Roseville, and Woodbury. Each project under her direction is a step towards a more innovative and efficient future, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and a forward-thinking mindset.  At Watershed Partners, Cherry isn't just managing projects; she's redefining what success looks like in commercial real estate.
