Joseph Geyer has 45 years of experience in a wide range of commercial and residential construction, starting with 20 years in the Ukraine prior to immigrating to the United States.  Joseph spent 10 years with Fisher Development, working his way up from assistant PM to Director of Remodeling.   Experience at Fisher included new and remodeled stores for Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, Limited, and Express throughout the US.

From 2005 to 2019 Joseph worked for Shawmut Design and Construction as a Project Manager and Project Executive, handling dozens of retail projects across North America and managing SDC client accounts for Tiffany & Co., CHANEL, Ralph Lauren and Graff, among others.  This experience includes flagship locations in New York City for Ralph Lauren and CHANEL.

During his tenure at Shawmut, Joseph also managed extremely high end residential projects in NYC and Los Angeles.

Joseph joined Watershed Partners in 2020 to apply his broad experience and good-natured tenacity to project management challenge from the Owner’s perspective.

Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Lvov Polytechnical University, in The Ukraine.

When not knee deep in construction issues, Joseph enjoys spending time with his twin granddaughters.
