Peter Taylor has been involved in commercial development and construction since 1979. Prior to starting Watershed Partners with Steven Nulsen, Mr. Taylor worked for PCL Construction Services as manager of the Minneapolis Special Projects Division. Other construction experience during sixteen years with PCL includes assistant superintendent and project engineer roles on Minneapolis City Center and construction management responsibility for all interior landlord construction at the Mall of America. Mr. Taylor supplements his diverse construction background with three years experience as Property Manager for Trizec Properties.
Mr. Taylor has provided comprehensive owner representation and project management services to Ralph Lauren, CHANEL, Inc., Ian Schrager Hotels, and Donna Karan, among others. Completed projects include CHANEL’s corporate offices in Midtown, CHANEL flagships in San Francisco, New York and Boston, and stores for Ralph Lauren in New York City, London, and across the United States. Mr. Taylor has recently worked on extraordinary residential projects, including one located on an island in Penobscot Bay and a double townhouse on the Upper East Side.
Mr. Taylor is a BA graduate of Connecticut College. Additional formal education over a 40-year career includes technical courses in structural engineering and estimating.
